Updated: 5:49 PM CDT May 25, 2023 A Lee's Summit man will spend the next 30 years in prison after he pleaded guilty to killing his father. Michael Hamilton was sentenced to 15 years in prison for pleading to voluntary manslaughter and 15 years in prison for armed criminal action.
